REACH

As of 1st June 2007, the REACH regulations came into force. This replaces and changes responsibilities on the information supplied up and down the supply chain.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

Placing substances onto the market place which fall within the scope of the Dangerous Substances Directive, REACH, Global Harmonisation System or the Classification, Packaging and Labelling Regulations, requires the seller to provide written information of the hazards and risks of the substances.

We can provide the MSDS in-line with the relevant legislation in many different languages, ensuring your clients have the information readily available in languages they understand.

All MSDS are provided in the 16 part format with your company information and logos.

COMAH / SEVESO

The storage of dangerous substances requires additional management systems, where the volumes exceed certain criteria’s the EU Seveso Directive would become applicable.

Under this directive companies have to demonstrate key management systems in protecting their staff, visitors, the public and the environment.
