As of 1st June 2007, the REACh regulations came into force, this replaces and changes responisibilities on the information supplied up and down the supply chain.

Pre-registration begins 1st June 2008 until 30th November 2008, if you miss pre-registration, you could miss out on the 11 years timeframe for the preperation and submission of the product dossier.
